User Terms of Service

These user terms (“User Terms”) govern the agreement with you, the client, (“you”, “your”) in relation to all Services provided by Boswick Enterprises, LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”, “Boswick”) dba SalesTaxSolutions.US, BoswickTax, and BoswickQB through all websites (“Site”) owned and/or operated by us including SalesTaxSolutions.US, BoswickTax.com, BoswickQB.com and Boswick.US.

  1. Accepting the User Terms

The User Terms are a legally binding contract between you and us. This contract sets out your rights and responsibilities when you use our services. When creating an account, you will be given the opportunity to accept the User Terms in addition to accepting the Privacy Policy. To create an account, enter your name and email address, check the box, “I agree to the User Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, and click the “Submit” button.

  1. User Account

We require each user of our Services to have a user account. A user account can also have an administrator role. User accounts can set-up an account for a business entity, and when doing so, changes the user account to an administrator account. Administrator accounts can order or terminate Services and can give access to the business account to other users. Administrator accounts can also designate other user accounts as administrator accounts. A user may be restricted from using the Site if any of the associated Administrator Accounts have not updated either the Terms of Service, or Additional Terms of Service as necessary. A user may also be Terminated from using the Site, if Services have been Terminated or Completed by Boswick or any associated Administrator Accounts.

A user has a duty to maintain the information required by us in the account. If any information changes during us providing Services, the user agrees to update this information in a timely manner. We reserve the right to terminate accounts with inaccurate or misleading information.

  1. Administrator Account

A user with an administrator account has a duty to maintain the information required by us in the account. If any information changes during us providing Services, the Administrator agrees to update this information in a timely manner. We reserve the right to terminate Administrator Accounts with inaccurate or misleading information.

Administrator Accounts can add users and can designate users as Administrator Accounts. Be certain of the users that you designate as Administrator Accounts are trusted. Any Administrator Account can add users and can also deactivate accounts.

Users with an Administrator Account acknowledge that they have the authority to act on behalf of the business entity and acknowledge that they have the authority to enter the business into contracts. If a User does not have this authority, they should not set-up a business entity.

We are not responsible for any action taken by us acting on Services ordered by a User who does not, in fact, have the authority to enter into agreements. By accepting these User Terms of Services, and by creating a business entity account, the User affirms the authority to do so.

  1. Suspension of User Account or Administrator Account

We reserve the right to suspend any User Account or Administrator Account at any time for any reason. To reinstate a suspended account email tori@salestaxsolutions.us.

  1. Deactivation of User & Administrator Accounts

User Accounts can be deactivated at any time by any Administrator Account associated with a business. Any Administrator Account associated with a business with more than one Administrator Account can deactivate other Administrator Accounts.

A sole Administrator Account can only be deactivated if all Services have been Terminated or Completed. If you have Completed or Terminated services, you can notify steph@boswick.us to deactivate your account.

Administrator Accounts for accounts that we have Terminated will be active for one-hundred and twenty (120) days until which time they will be deactivated.

Administrators should deactivate User or Administrator Accounts immediately if those User or Administrator Accounts belong to employees of the business entity who are no longer employed. We are not responsible for any action taken by a User or Administrator who has been terminated by a business entity but still has access to the business entity account.

  1. Reactivation of User Account or Administrator Account

Any User or Administrator Account that has been deactivated can be reactivated by any active Administrator Account of the business entity. To reactivate an account with only one user, email tori@salestaxsolutions.us.

  1. Changes to the User Terms

We may update the User Terms from time to time. You will be notified by email thirty (30) days prior to the effective date of any changes so that you can decide whether you want to continue using the Site. If you do not want to accept the changes, notify steph@boswick.us that you wish to deactivate your account. Continued use of your account after 30 days indicates your acceptance of the updated User Terms.

  1. Disputes

The User Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law rules and shall be the only jurisdiction in which any suit may be brought against either you or Boswick regarding any dispute arising out of this Agreement. You and Boswick consent to subject matter and personal jurisdiction in the State of Utah and agree that venue shall be in Salt Lake County, State of Utah.
